Return and Exchange

No exchange and return for EOSS sale product and Flat 999 store.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days only under certain condition with a product opening video

• If the delivered product is defective or damaged.
• If delivered product is not in the same color product is ordered. Color may vary 10-15% based on phone color settings. for that return will not be accepted.
• Return would be processed after receiving product and quality check.

Note - For size issue product cant be retuned or exchanged as we deliver correct size. 

For exchange, customer will have to pay one side courier charges.

How to Return:
