Payment Shipping and Delivery
Question - How do I make the payment?
Answer - You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.
Question - How can I track my order?
Answer - We currently don't have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. We will send you updates over email If your enquiry is urgent, please email us on labelaja.fashion@gmail.com and one of our team members will get in touch with you at the earliest.
Question - I have received part shipment, when will I get my other products?
Answer - We ship all products together as soon as they are ready. Please reach out to labelaja.fashion@gmail.com for such queries.
Question - I want to change my address/size/phone number for an existing pending order. Who should I contact?
Answer - If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at labelajachikankari@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
Exchange, Refund and Cancellation:
Question - How can I exchange my product?
Answer - Exchange of product is allowed only in case of defective or damaged product. For size related issues we don't allow exchange unless from our side wrong size is delivered.
For exchange contact us on labelaja.fashion@gmail.com. We will either arrange the reverse pickup or ask you to send us to our warehouse.
Question - How can I cancel my order?
Answer - Order can be cancelled only within 24 hours. After that cancellation is not allowed.
For cancellation, email us on labelaja.fashion@gmail.com. Once we receive email we would cancel order and send refund on the provided details.
Product
Question - How can I select my size.
Answer - Size chart is provided on the website. You can select your size accordingly. If you are not sure then we recommend to go one size up.
Question - How can I take care of garments?
Answer - Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Chikankari outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.
Question - Do you customize product?
No, we do not offer any product customizations, we have standard designs and sizes.
